For entrepreneurs, turning a passion into a business is the ultimate dream. But that dream doesn’t come easily. It’s hard work, and there are challenges around every corner. Fortunately, entrepreneurs don’t have to go it alone. Their chance of success increases with access to the business knowledge and guidance of experienced professionals.

To augment the ongoing women empowerment endeavours, FICCI and FLO have designed this platform for highest caliber of mentorship pairings which will help in sharpening the entrepreneurship needs of the women mentees so that they are well equipped with the necessary know how and make contribution to the mainstream economy; overcoming any related challenge. Mentorship programmes will largely cover training on the following aspects, across sectors:

Setting up a new enterprise

  • Accessing funds through various channels like banking and financial institutions, venture capitalists, early stage investors, NBFCs, fintech companies, and business accelerators, etc.
  • Capacity building on branding, packaging and marketing
  • Skill upgradation
  • Special assistance to marginalised women
  • Training for women on corporate boards
  • Any other areas related to women empowerment

This online mentorship platform is a collaborative initiative of FICCI, FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), and MicroMentor. We're excited to welcome women mentees to take advantage of this robust platform for expert guidance and mentoring.

  • 2. Reach Out to Others and Connect

    Explore other members who have the profile you're looking for. Reach out by sending messages to several members. Start a conversation and find the right fit for you.

  • 3. Start Mentoring

    Now that you've found a match ask questions, share, and listen. Agree on how and when to communicate using email, video chat, or a phone call. Set goals and start solving problems together!

In the people search, you will notice that other members of your community may also be on MicroMentor. You will know if another member is in your network when their profile says "Greater 50."
