How I can help
My professional background
I began my career in business management, but a few years ago, I was drawn to the OHES and Healthcare space. I’ve always been skilled at bringing people together and working towards common goals. My experience successfully leading teams and managing stores led me to consider administration, and I’ve been building a career as a business OHES, Healthcare and Trading companies administrator for the last nine years.
In my current role at this companies Bangun Saftindo, Saimoe Broriz Gelantara and Ralum Indonesia, the efficiency of the offices has been a personal focus—especially as it relates to patient outcomes. I set and oversee goals related to department budget and patient volume. Last year, I worked with our IT department to implement a communication system for scheduling procedures and protocols to ensure that all departments were adequately staffed at all times. With our new online scheduling portal, we increased communication efficiency by 20%. To stay informed about their ongoing concerns, I hold regular meetings with my Directors and other staffs. In my role, I also manage marketing and advertising efforts on behalf of this companies.I successfully managed executing a major project with strong time management skills and excellent communication with several stakeholders. And I was able to complete a project that was projected to take an entire quarter in half the time because of my organizational skills.
I’ve been really enjoying that part of my work and I’m especially interested in bringing the experience I’ve gained as well as my commitment to efficiency to the team at this companies. Outside of the office, I’m an avid reader and I love to hike. On weekends, you might find me exploring hiking trails in the Malang, Pasuruan, Mojokerto, Sidoarjo and Surabaya area.

How to work with me
What I can offer
Define what mentees want out of mentees career and what mentees need to learn to get there.
Approach a mentor relationship as if it's a business friendship
Start with mentees own professional network. I often already have mentors who provide advice in various ways, and all it takes is a little effort from me to grow that connection into an ongoing relationship.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
Mentees and mentors can expand their knowledge and skills, gain valuable advice from a more experienced person, and build their professional networks. And both partners can improve their communication skills, learn new ways of thinking, and, ultimately, advance their careers.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
I think the first step to being a good mentor for me is understanding the problems facing our mentees today – problems that you probably faced yourself at some point as like financial understanding and management, managing, to not lose focus, developing connections and relationships within the industry and partners, meeting expectations, promotion and recommendation letter.
