I would first ensure you have a target audience in order to directly market your website and overall business to them. It ultimately depends on your industry and competitors. Though if you focus on what customers want, you'll have a good shot at remaining competitive.

Setting up the actual website is easy using front-end services like Squarespace or WIX. Shopify is helpful for small and medium sized businesses to process payments.

Feel free to provide additional details and I can provide suggestions.

"...I am having many ideas/concept to develop apps and create new software." That would be a company selling products or products as a service. In that case, you would create a minimum viable product (MVP) and market that offering.

"...how I can set up an IT company in detail and services I can provide in the future." This would be a common IT services company. You would need to contact companies and find out their IT needs to know what services to offer. In your case, since you said you are not a developer, you may need to hire some people or contract some people to handle the technical labor.

BTW... You said you've changed your education company to and IT company. In the biz world, that is called a pivot.

Another thing to consider is connecting with bigger IT firms and seeing if they need any smaller firms to handle overflow (work they have but can't get to in a timely manner).
